This month Muntons Ingredients have been attending Institute of Food Technologies conference in Las Vegas. At this conference, Maltichoc, the partial cocoa replacer was submitted into the new product competition. On the stand there were muffin samples and biscuits made with Muntons ingredients as well as Maltichoc infused brownies for visitors to the stand to taste.
