Meet the sustainability team!Head of Sustainability, Marketing and Innovation, Kate Dixon. Kate joined 4 years ago and has been a member of the Sustainability Board for a couple of years, taking over the lead in January.We asked Kate what the role means to her and what sustainability achievement she is most proud of at Muntons..."Sustainability is embedded into so much of what we do at Muntons, it’s really motivating to work with so many driven and passionate people across the whole company. Knowing that what we do impacts not only our immediate future as a business but will also add value to future generations. I love coming to work every day!
